Advvisely LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Advvisely,” “we,” “us”), operates this website and its planning tools (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides general education and hypothetical planning scenarios about financial, insurance and related topics. Advvisely does not currently sell insurance or arrange insurance coverage through the Site. We do not currently provide referral services. Any future professional services would require a separate agreement and would be provided only where we are licensed or otherwise permitted to operate.
Hypothetical Scenarios, Not Professional Advice
The Site provides educational illustrations, not financial, tax, legal, investment, accounting or insurance advice to you personally.
Scenarios use the information you enter and the assumptions and methods available to the tool. They do not assess your complete circumstances, verify every relevant fact, or determine whether an option is suitable for you. Any comparison, ranking, suggested option or AI-generated explanation is part of the illustration, not a recommendation that you take an action, obtain financing, or buy a product.
Results are estimates, not approvals, awards, quotes or offers, and may be incomplete or out of date.
Using the Site does not create an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary or client relationship. Before acting, verify relevant information with the responsible institution or provider and consult a qualified professional who can review your full circumstances.
AI-Assisted Features
AI-generated content may contain factual errors, omissions or misleading explanations. Review it critically and verify material information independently. Do not enter passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive identifiers that the Site does not request.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter. Only share information about other people if you are permitted to do so. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Do not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with its operation, or circumvent security controls.
Information and Intellectual Property
You retain any rights you have in the information you submit. You permit us to process it as needed to provide and operate the Site, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Site’s software, design and other content are owned by or licensed to Advvisely. You may use scenarios and reports for your own personal or internal business planning and share them with your professional advisers. You may not resell our tools or content, redistribute them commercially, or remove proprietary notices without permission.

We may change or discontinue features and restrict access to address misuse or security concerns. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Retain copies of information and reports you need, where the feature permits.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advvisely and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Site, including losses resulting from reliance on scenarios, estimates or AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Advvisely and those persons, for conduct in connection with the Site, will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Advvisely for use of the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These provisions do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable law prohibits that limitation. They do not waive mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date, and we will give additional notice or request renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively alter rights or claims that arose before they took effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and General Provisions
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes protections or rights under the laws applicable to you that cannot be waived by agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms govern use of the Site; a separate written agreement governs any separately engaged professional services.
